Loved working for TKJ services. It is very rewarding work and pays pretty well. The clients you work with are a lot of fun and you end up becoming good friends with them. I still visit.

Not enough training on disabilities. Anyone can work there by the age of 18, and I feel a lack of knowledge on disabled people feeds ableist ideology and behavior into caring for these clients. My manager was not doing proper training, and was basically trained to act as an adult baby-sitter instead of someone trying to help foster independence and reach goals with clients.
