ELD provider was terrible with constant issues. Leased trucks were only to be worked on by Ryder. So if you had an issue with your truck, the company could not perform repairs. They definitely encourage you to split your sb and drive time. Lack of communication. If they need to communicate with you they make sure to get in touch with you, but if you have questions, they don't often respond with an answer. Only 1 week with a driver trainer, leaving you on your own and on the road the following week.
