Worked under a great lead, who cared about the team and wanted everyone to do well/grow. no complaints about the team lead. originally the client base would grow due to our services and there was a lot of training/care for the employees.

After the change of presidents, it seemed like the culture and the vision changed. It went from doing what was right and providing that excellent customer service to trying to get as much profit as you can out of your customers. There was a lot of changes in management which didn't make sense and obvious favoritism. If you weren't a "Yes man" then you stuck out and would be hammered down. You just turned into a number at the end of the day under this new leadership.
