Pros
Motivated (initially) international working environment. As someone else has mentioned it will be easy to make friends among your colleagues, you will bond over the situations you will find yourself in opportunity to travel some (a few) managers are invested and make an effort to train and fairly manage their teams
Cons
High staff turnover, seemingly arbitrary management decisions, often intransparent, overtime (uncompensated) expected, work-life-balance difficult, salary below average, no clear career path. Even if you see business travel as a plus in general, the travel schedule is not very organised: you will travel internationally often with very little notice, without clear instructions of what you're supposed to do and very little assistance as well as without a time frame of when you will return to your original office location.
