Cons

Completely corrupt company, the management is only trying to fill their pockets. Their business model is to sell as many additional services as possible while providing a low level of customer service. They don't care about the customers, only about the embassy they work with. No benefits for employees, you only get minimum wage but are expected to work overtime. The local management is trying their best, but without support from the senior managers they are just overwhelmed. They desperately need to hire more people, receiving more customers than their staff can reasonably manage, especially bad for customers who have very long waiting times of several hours.

They treat clients in awful ways but they are very nice to themselves

toxic culture, no bonus, minimum wage salary
