      No leadership, long hours expected, disorganized, management too busy for junior employees. A small company that's grown too fast for its own good.

      Pros

      Great people. Flexible with school schedule as an intern.

      Cons

      Had to do certain tasks I would consider not applicable to the position "mechanical engineer intern." Sometimes very physical labor.
