Pros

There’s no way these 5 star reviews are real. I know 15 different therapist that would say how fraudulent and unethical tmc is. The amount of turnover they have is crazy. No one wants to work for them, unless they have no other options. The only reason they get contracts is because they off Medicare fraud as a perk. 100% productivity is expected, which is impossible to do if you are a good therapist.

Cons

Everything. Please do not work for tmc. They are awful and do not care about patients.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

Cons

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
