Pros
Working with amazing brands and events that make a great impact. There is a great culture with the right people there - they're happy to have an afternoon drink and you will find fun in what you're doing.
Cons
Working there you really feel like you're in a warehouse - boxes everywhere and you are constantly packing press kits weekly. Mismanagement issues with expectations and poor communication between employees. It's hard to move up there when your managers aren't supportive or are too busy to assist. You'll have no work life balance - working till late clipping coverage over weekends and doing events without being paid.
