Corrupt management, lack of experience and respect for employees - CNC Machinist TMK Employee Review

Talk a good game but dont make good on promises, nepetism, lying is rampant because no one wants to take responsibility for anything. Immoral conduct by management got covered up in a scandal, fired employees for voicing opinions.the work is terribly boring and rates continually go up without incentives going up.management manipulates work schedules at will with no regard to seniority.production manager isnt a journeyman machinist and its obvious to talk to him.policy changes constantly. Found it to be the most unsatisfying place ive worked, took a paycut to leave.
