Pros

- Investment on employee's self-development - Flat organization - Work life balance - Your work is always appreciated - You can always learn from your colleagues - Sweet surprises. Can you imagine in a hot day of a hot summer you receive some secret money for ice-creams? / Can you imagine in a boring day of quarantine during Corona you receive a ticket for online movies?

Cons

The only bad thing is the lunch in the building, expensive and not many choices, but it's not devoteam's fault:)

Pros

The future for our customers and ourselves as IT experts is in adaptability. TMNS has proven to be very strong in observing trends and customers changing. TMNS delivered high-quality consultancy for the last decade. The best place to ask about the satisfaction is of course the customers themselves. Working @ TMNS is great from the moment of interviews (yes! finally recruiters/managers that ask the right relevant questions and dig deep when needed...) Some pros I encountered: - From day 1 you feel welcome, at home and respected. - All primary work-related things are prepared timely giving you a flying-start: (account, office-key, laptop, phone, car etc.) - From day 1 it's clear that you are in charge of your own destiny. Management structure is flat and only there to support you getting the best value to customers. - Continuous improvement, Quality, fun and respect are important TMNS-DNA characteristics - No short-term driven management goals. Owner is building a solid and steady growing company, based on experts delivering quality and satisfied customer retention. - Social company with attention for the individual and society well-being. We have a (nearly) paperless office and only travel and emit CO2 when necessary.

Cons

That's a difficult one...... - You must be able to handle challenges and change - As overhead is minimized, you are requested to take a piece of less fun tasks incidentally. - Parking space is limited for late starters....
