Great company to work for, excellent scope for moving around in the company which even offers training in any department that takes your fancy. TMP is very much about keeping their employees happy and helping them further their career in any direction they like. Lots of great schemes including the usual cycle to work and season ticket loan but also some great unusual ones like the opportunity to obtain a cash sum to put towards bettering yourself outside of work no matter whether it's to put towards new skills or or even life experiences. Dress code is smart casual which allows a bit of breathing space for personality theres free fruit and healthy snacks, internet access in the rec room for browsing and showers for use by all. Training is provided for two weeks after you start giving you time to really get to grips with the roles and easing you into the processes. Staff are are helpful, encouraging and warm.
