Full time Associate - Anonymous employee TMX Group Employee Review

-Poor Management. There is a lack of caring about employees and there is a lot of confusion and a lack of a long-term orientation. -The company is static. The exchange will probably be around for a while but there probably will not be a lot of learning and growth at TMX. -One of my bosses happened to be simply terrible, a very poor manager and could not motivate his employees in a respectful manner. -I was placed in a team where I did not want to be during the rotation program.
