good benefits, including an initial expense amount for office setup at home and a wellness account that can go to gym membershi or equipment, People have been at the company for a very long time which is a good sign as they are happy working here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with new employees.
Cons
salaries are below market average not a lot of procedures in place so it is hard to ramp up as a new employee.
