      Pros

      Individual staff members are deeply kind, intelligent, and savvy. They care deeply for the students, teachers, and education leaders they serve. They are also wonderful collaborators.

      Cons

      The lack of strategic planning causes constant disruption in projects with leaders from different divisions wanting to weigh in and change the work at the last minute.
