How has it only been three months?? - General Manager, Talent TOA Global Employee Review

I joined TOA Global (Gold Coast) three months ago and in the first few weeks I felt truly settled. The fast-paced environment encourages innovation, development and growth. In this short amount of time, I have learnt so much about the orgainsation, the people and taken on its values. The pace and growth opportunities were key attractors for me when I first joined TOA Global. No team or organisation is perfect, but I can confidently say that we are always striving and successfully evolving towards it. I am really passionate about people, their development and being a part of an authentic culture. I can sincerely say that the leaders and teams live by the values written on our walls and demonstrate equity, respect and compassion on a daily basis. As a woman in a global leadership role, I detest ‘special treatment’ and thrive off inclusivity, and that is exactly the culture and mindset of the team and leadership at TOA Global – culture is a team effort! From the conversations, interactions and work ethic that I have witnessed, I will confidently say that TOA Global is an organisation where, with the right mindset and dedication, you will continuously reap the rewards.
