Pros

Very nice people, happy work environment, when we have to solve personal problems outside the company, its possible with an early warning to the head.

Cons

High-skilled professionals are missing, quality of products developed are extremely questionable, professionals do not strive to learn and improve their workforces, meetings are not productive, are so intent on quickly deliver product that quality is what matters least, the proxy intranet hinders the use of the internet for work, the electricity often has problems of power failure that cause issues on computers.

Pros

All managers and employers are friendly people, the parking lot is safe and always have vacancy, good work-life balance.

Cons

Some employees don't work well because they think your salary is poor. They have "inverted values", want good salary do to a good job. The most current technology solutions is deprecated, have issues and employees do nothing to improve it. Recruitment process is very easy, recruiters need improve the selection process. Certifications is the one way to increase employee money, need improve knowledge metrics.
