      Low salary and they expects you to follow their rules blindly. - Have to follow scripts when picking up calls - Have to write email with their format - Have to type with specific short forms when discussing with teammates internally

      I am an intern so the points don't really apply for full time. but no overtime required, employees are friendly

      Cons

      pretty stressful environment and you don't get to interact with others much apart from work related issues
