Most Unorganized Company I’ve EVER seen - Sales Associate TOI TOI Employee Review

This is the most unorganized Company I’ve ever ever seen or have been a part of .. ToiToi touts Team work but act in the opposite fashion . Managers will allow your Team members to steal your deals with no repercussions. The company isn’t able to even deliver or service what you DO sell so you are constantly bombarded with angry clients … I resigned in 3 months I couldn’t take the completely chaotic , unorganized, lack of TEAM …and if your a Woman you better be seen and not heard at least that was my personal experience. I’ve never been happier to resign from a job
