Very fast paced work and environment

Before C-19, they hosted lunches for the employees, very collaborative, office staff had their own offices to work independently and with focus.

Post Covid, it appeared they used Covid to get rid of staff that they had already wanted to remove. They opened the office structurally which was totally illogical and lacked forethought esp as it pertained to the lack of caution during C-19. They were very pro- WFH culture even before C-19 but after appeared to desire folks to come in the office, again, extremely illogical and hazardous. The team used to be cohesive but it became a fraternity that only select people were allowed in. There’s a big click culture here and prior to C-19 was mitigated due to the diversity.
