      Lots of fun colleagues, freedom, flexible leave

      Cons

      Competitive and toxic atmosphere and owner is a bad tempered, ill-mannered man who has no idea how to communicate with staff, says and does highly inappropriate things, thinks it's okay to shout at people and be rude.
