Pros
I originally joined TOPS because I wanted to pivot my career and move into software sales. It can be very difficult to find an entry-level software sales position where you can actually get into the field, close decent sized deals, and work with Fortune 500 logos. Tops provides this opportunity and took a chance on me, and for that I am very grateful. The software itself solves some major pain points for their customers, and once I got the hang of it, I really enjoyed selling it. Overall, this was a great place to work, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to build a successful career in software sales.
Cons
Every company has its flaws. The owner will keep a close eye on new-comers, like any company; but once you prove that you are there to work, he will give you more autonomy and let you run your business.
