Pros

The people. People fall in love with Torc because of the people they work with. Hungry, Humble, People-Smart People they will always be. The best of the best. The cool and compelling business case. People hold on for so long (longer than they should) because they believe in what Torc is striving to do and build and they want to be a part of it.

Cons

The executive leadership group. Dysfunctional. Unethical. No business acumen. Poor communication. Dangerous egos. Retaliatory. A gem of a company completely mismanaged under this group.

Pros

Working at Torc has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The technology we're building is genuinely world-changing — autonomous trucking has the potential to transform how goods move across the country, and being part of that mission makes the work feel meaningful every single day. The pace is fast, which keeps things engaging. There's always something new to tackle, and the environment pushes you to grow quickly. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your contributions matter, you'll feel right at home here. One thing that stands out is the flexibility around work hours. It's clear that leadership trusts employees to get the job done without micromanaging when or how you do it. That kind of autonomy makes a real difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone — be ready to hit the ground running
