Pros

The training setup is good due to it being face to face. The class is very engaging and fun to work with. Colleagues help each other instead of competing with one another.

Cons

No immediate access to the tools and websites that is required for training. And even if we are already given access or has a login, we cannot access it immediate due to the training rooms having limited access to such sites. Some websites are blocked and not accessible to newbies who only has access to training room PCs and not in Production.

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Cons

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
