Pros

Me gusta la parte de que durante mis 5 años dentro de Teleperformance, siempre han sido muy flexibles con los horarios o cuando necesito algo. He logrado desarrollarme y siempre mis jefes directos me han ayudado a seguir aprendiendo cada vez más.

Cons

El tema de que aún no se me haya asignado un position code me desmotiva un poco, sin embargo, se que no es culpa directa ni de mi campaña ni de mis jefes directos. Quisiera que pudiera haber la posibilidad de más seguridad cerca de sitio ya que en los afueras hay mucho vagabundo y después de las 6-7 que ya es noche es un poco inseguro.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
