Pros

It's a paycheck. Some really nice people work here.Their good for those with little call center or sales experience. Good way to get your feet wet in the industry whether it be sale or call center work. They try to make it fun environment, ultimately failing in the long run. They recognized your time you're there,w whether it be 60 days 90 days or longer.

Cons

Unprofessional environment. Attempted stabbing on an employee here, they coach their employees on the floor. They listen to your calls with you answer workstations in front of everybody. Mentors in general staff yell across the room. The l most obnoxious call center I ever worked in. Really poor headsets. Their trainers barely make $11 an hour. Very poor and low pay structure. I have witnessed 4 different place in the parking lot rolling a joint. They have one employee that goes around sleeping in other people's cars on his lunch. They cut locks off of lockers after 24 hours. Recently you could smell the marijuana in the building. They cut the lock off a locker which had marijuana in it. Very undesirable element here. Became afraid to go into work duty element in what was witnessed. Reported incidents to security which they have a lot of, but seemingly they failed to monitor the ongoings of what's going on in the parking lot. The parking lot is like High School. Loud bass music drugs. Very pathetic that they recognize employees time there buy 60 and 90 days and longer. THAT should be the very first red thing that goes up. Insurances god-awful expensive and the dental plan only covers up to a thousand a year.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
