Pros

No experience required. Training is spot on, it is Apple after all! Everyone who works here (Minion/TL) is usually pretty nice too. High up managers are useless though!

Cons

Will look for any reason to put you into disciplinary. Poor bonus scheme, even if you do hit bonus its not worth it. No sick pay, regardless of how long you have been there. Awful shift rotations. You WILL work 5/7 days full time. You could do any shifts between 8AM-8PM spread across any of these days. It would make sense to start between 8/9am everyday to make rota's easier, not in this company. My second final week I worked there I started at 7.55am, 930am, off (Wednesday), 10.30am, off (Friday), 830am, 930am. Holidays are almost impossible as they judge giving you days off dependent if the call center can hold the volume of calls for that day. Normally, this isn;t the case due to sickness and low headcount because of high staff turn over.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
