I'm sure other centers are great, but this one location was terrible. - Customer Service Representative TP Employee Review

Pros

Schedule flexibility is the only thing i can say that was a pro for this company, honestly. I'm only adding more because there is a 20 work minimum

Cons

Dirty, ghetto, terrible leadership, preference, and i can keep going. I'm not sure if it's the location, but this is place is so ghetto, and so many hoodlums work here that they have a metal detector that everyone has to walk through in order to get inside of the building. This is horrible, you feel like you're walking through a jail. I personally elongated my time working here to 6months because I really needed the job and refused to leave until I found something better that would also work with my school schedule. The majority of the people that work here are very uneducated, the culture is very low. I almost feel like they hired convicts. Leadership sucked they hired supervisors that had no people skills, and not to mention all the work they had to be paid a max of $13 per hour which is the reason why they probably didn't care enough and treated their reps like crap. The only thing i cannot complain about is the schedule flexibility. While i worked here i also went to school and they gave me and my schedule priority.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
