Pros

The working environment differs for each site. In Teleperformance Pasay MOA Branch, there's a lot of friendly and warm people around, working in four different account. The HR department is a family oriented type who takes consideration the value of family emergencies. The amenities are superb, giving agents and staffs a place to relax and unwind in sleeping quarter. A video arcade, billiard table, table tennis, big screens for movies and computers for online games and web surfing are also provided.Aside from that, unlimited coffees and tea for FREE. This are the reasons why some employees stay with them.

Cons

The management in one account uses their position to promote their allies, giving the impression of "WHO KNOWS WHO" or also called " BACKER SYSTEM" Thus failing to promote those deserving one. Whoever goes against their will or challenge their decisions with good reasons are being castrated. Upper management keep changing and enforcing certain policies by whims without prior notice. Supervisors are forced to implement the rules immediately and at some point needs to manipulate their stats/ KPI in order to keep their job thus creating havoc in agents level. The company also overlooked the value of updated files and over-worked staff in HR department, resulting to dissatisfied employees being penalized,endorse and suspended unfairly due to invalid EAF points and disputes in salary for others. Unnecessary reports by several departments will then be made,, unjust treatment that could also lead to legal issues and a worn out management staff. A bad company reputation with bad publicity can hurt the company's image.

Comfortable and friendly environment. Everyone hired in my class have great character, skills and personalities. Management seems great and easy to work with. Help is readily available when needed.

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
