Pros

Full time and benefits. Pay is decent when you are making what you're actually suppose to make.

Cons

High turn over rate, no support from supervisors, supervisors are overloaded with work which makes it impossible to help their team members, all the help is supposed to come from an informational website which at times is anything but informational. When you look around you see people who aren't working but getting paid the same as you and even though you try your best, you are always on the chopping block to get fired. High stress job. The place is disgusting! Trash every where, no proper cleaning of the call center rooms, desks littered with trash, dust, and filth. If you like privacy when you go to the bathroom, dream on! Most doors don't close and some that do will open wide when someone else leaves a different stall leaving you completely exposed! Try doing your business with your leg straight out holding the door closed! It's impossible if you're a woman going through her monthly cycle. Most people here are rude. Management doesn't care if you have a proper working badge either, so have fun standing outside begging to be let into the building in the cold, rain, and snow!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
