Pros

some great colleagues. depending on your language the wages are OK

Cons

desperate for new employees. you can not make enough mistakes in application and job interview to not get hired. skills are not omportant. if you are buddy with the right crowd you can have plenty of unjustified absences, crappy results and you get promoted anyways. plenty of alcohol and drug addicted employees on all levels. HR and employee support are a joke. if you want a crash course on what to avoid in management and recruiting this is the company for you. But they offer their services cheap enough to still find and keep clients until the client finds a service provider even cheaper than them. bullying is very common. and as agent you either shut up and accept it or you collect action forms because of the no electronic devices on the floor you wont have a chance to proof it. Foreign nationals are treated better than Portuguese employees because the law allowes it.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
