Pros

Overtime available most of the time. Some good co-workers.

Cons

Overtime was mandatory sometimes and this caused some people to lose their jobs. Most of the co-workers were just starting themselves due to the high turnover rate. Therefore, they did not know much more than you did if not less and were no help if needed. Supervisors were hounded by management to get the sales and low call times. But, we were all hired originally to a "non-sales" position before the client added sales goals and we were all just supposed to grown Sales Experience overnight. Advancement was a joke if you were not related to or dating someone already in management or above.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
