Pros

The only Pro is that you get to speak to good people who need help and you genuinely want to help them.

Cons

1. On floor Politics:- A manager will be polite with you but on your back he will say something else. 2. The salary they pay is a Hoax:- On paper they will tell you that they will pay you the best salary in the industry but when you will get that salary slip you will feel the pain. They will deduct whatever amount they can to reduce your salary. On top of that the PF that is supposed to be paid by the company it is also deducted from your salary. So dont fall for that. 3. People are way to serious:- Your managers will force you to work and work but they will behave like its fun but really its not. 4. Work environment is sickening:- Your managers will shout on you, they will be disrespectful and they will jump at every opportunity to make you realize that they are your superiors and you work for them and not with them. They will pressurize you to a level that is almost criminal. 5. Dont resign, just take your salary and leave:- The moment you resign the company starts planning to deduct any amount that they can from your pay and they will make sure that you get nothing at the time of final settlement. 6. Employee Care is a joke:- The joke is that their Employee care department doesnt do anything but just sitting in the office, smoking cigarettes and making sure their employees are not satisfied. This is a support department that the company doesnt need because they don't do anything. Why the company is paying them is beyond me.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
