Pros

easy hire, unlimited OT

Cons

If you can breath, they will hire you. I was led to believe there was a drug test, which I have no problem with. And welcome.Nope. Didnt happen. I was on HR Block project. Training was disorganized and out of contol. Training account was continually getting locked out, and we had to wait 30 minutes for unlock (Really?) Class was filled with distraction and too many side conversations. We started with 30, we ended with 19, and there was a good number who did not pass the evaluation test that needed to be passed before going into production. My first day of nesting I was on the phone, with no training on the phone. No opportunity to y-jack. They were understaffed (people leaving once in production) and calls in queue, all day. My second call, I needed assistance. A supervisor who never introduced herself came over. In trying to clarify the issue I had, she snipped back "theres no need to argue with me, that's what you need to tell her". I've never experience a snap back in the tone she gave me ever in my work place. there was pressure to keep you after call to a minimum, but there were people in my row. Too many times, while were were doing the grunt work, they were yaking and singing. Lots of loud adult language. The Knowledge Base, which was overhyped in training, is garbage. It locked up on me four times. On the fourth time, they said "Again, what are you doing?" Reboots talk at least 5 minutes, Logging in to your account, took at least 5 minutes for the PC to load to log in. Crappy PCs. Asking for help was a struggle, despite the number of sups and floor walkers (who just came into the production from the previous calls). There were times when you could have your hand up for 3 or 4 minutes, while the people who were there to help, were conversing between themselves. Benefits are lousy. No Benefit time (PTO) until you've been there a year. Insurance is very pricey.

TP is a wonderful place to work. I have recommended TP to several friends. It has great leadership and people to work with. Just a great environment to be in and around.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about TP

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
