Pros

Cheap company poor management and no employees satisfaction

Teleperformance India pvt ltd, gurgaon, Plot no 408 Udyog Vihar Phase 3, india laid off 800 employees and redeployed almost 200 employees and rest 600 employees are thrown from Teleperformance. Teleperformance has earned trillion of dollars from our process and they left us to die in covid 19 pandemic. We have burden of EMI, bills and rent otherwise we would have left your organisation. If you can't do anything for us then why don't you terminate us and give us 3 months salary so that we can look for another opportunity instead of waiting response from yourside. Please give us appropriate answer and do the full and final settlement by giving us 3 month salary and experience letter. You are taking advantage of employees in this Panedemic situation otherwise we all have good experience to work in any organisation. We are running short of money and to run for livelihood, we are looking for your help and but you still showing case your mis-management by hiring employees from outside. At this time you need to show some humanity. Here some of the company giving employees salary and extra bonus and you straight away laid off employees. Such a fraud and greedy company i never seen in my life.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
