You are treated with disrespect on a daily Basis by TL's whom get paid for listening to calls and criticising people all day. These people refuse to do customer call-backs especially in Vodafone Campaign and take extended unauthorised breaks but do very little work.
Customer's become more irate with us and distrusting as we're promised numerous call-backs in past which never happen. God forbid you tell the customer the truth about this as this will result in an immediate HR Meeting.
