Pros

Their clients are large companies who outsource their customer service. They promote almost entirely from within, so there's a good chance that your boss and your boss's boss started on the phones. The quality of the experience can vary widely upon which program you're hired into. My program was pleasant and the workers were good people. If you don't have high level of education or if you do and are looking for something to make ends meet between other opportunities, this is an acceptable place to work.

Cons

Like many employers, advancement can be influenced by connections to the right people rather than talent. A large number of the employees are apathetic or incompetent. In my program, the rate of pay was very low for the level of work they expect you to perform.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
