Pros

John Poleate was my manager and he tried his best to help me with my malcontent for this position. I simply couldn't get past all the BS that was part of their daily operation. These people had no business being in a position above me and it was hard for me to just follow them blindly with their lack of leadership.

Cons

This place is a joke. Management is picked by favoritism and if you aren't "in with" their little clique don't even bother. Breaks scheduled unreasonably, grown men and women have to ASK PERMISSION TO USE THE BATHROOM. And regardless of your personal affairs they will schedule you for MANDATORY overtime whenever they deem necessary, not voluntary. The most miserable work environment I've ever dealt with, and I've done several deployments overseas. I was never so miserable. Micromanagement would be an understatement. If you wish to be treated like a number instead of a person, this is the place for you.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
