Pros

Its a hit or miss, the golden rule of Teleperformance is to avoid Apple/DropBox/VivaWallet and Westernunion at all costs. Even if you are not in any of the said companies a project closing or you being terminated because they have introduced a bot is very possible and has happened in multiple projects.

Cons

Short contracts, dumb ways of promoting people, (Really you can find the responses to your test's through Google) Horrible KPI metrics where if you get a Dsat it's your fault even if the call was disconnected and you never spoke to the customer. Ridiculous work schedules, where you can almost never have a weekend, cant pause to pee, cant use your phone, wear hats, sandals, or even use paper cups for your coffee. Man I could go on for hours honestly...

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
