Only good for the time being. If you find something better, you shouldn't stay. - Customer Service Agent TP Employee Review

Pros

You're not heavily micromanaged and can take your two 15 minute breaks. The work isn't that hard, depending on which client you work for. Some accounts have opportunities to work later hours.

Cons

The pay is probably the worst thing; this is a sort of job you should take only if you have nothing else lined up. They'll hire almost anyone because there's such high turnover. Parking is terrible. You should plan to get there at least 10 mins before your shift starts because you might get held up going through security. They won't allow you to have food (or anything - you have to put all your belongings in a locker, including your wallet and keys) at your desk, and if you're drinking something, it has to be in a clear container with no label on it. You're not allowed to have any pens/paper at your desk either because they're afraid you'll commit fraud (even though they ask you a million times if you're a criminal in the interview process).

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
