Pros

People you meet are great depending on what campaign your on calls aren't too bad

Cons

Firstly check what your wages are going to be we got lied too about our salary and weren't allowed to see a contract until after training. Training might I add they threaten to charge you for if you leave before 6month. Told we would get bonuses for certain things never seen one yet! Shifts don't expect to have a life! In constantly. The place is filthy even though the cleaners work their socks off. Staffs and a lot of senior staffs hygiene a lot to be desired! Oh and did I mention theft Lockers broken into money stolen? This place will employ anyone without asking for refrences. Also your watched constantly and spied on by senior staff on your break and their quite blatant about it. The people who are meant to help you and guide you aka quality just use that time just to blow their own trumpet rather than help you. The guide lines your calls have to be to are rediculous meaning you pretty much fail every call even though the customer is satisfied. All in all the place is dreadful people who work there are on the bottom and stuck and senior staff know this and like to keep it that way as if they are doing you a favour and you have no other choice. don't lower yourself to this place is rather shovel poop with my bare hands and I'd have a smile on my face doing it than work in this place.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
