Pros

Everyone has been friendly and the process for orientation has been well put together.

Cons

It took a long while for me to actually be able to start working. I was hired on for personal lines insurance representative & completed my training for my license and then my onboarding class was pushed back 3 months. They got me into a different department after a month, but when I started that onboarding my CPU broke and needed to ship a new one, so then I had to wait another 2 weeks to start another onboarding class. In the mean time they accidentally terminated me and I was receiving emails from HR asking why I decided to leave the company and IT demanding I send my equipment back. It all got straightened out in the end, but I was calling, emailing, texting to figure out what was going on.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
