Pros

- Flexible schedule. - You get to know nice people. - Managers would beg with to do overtimes.

Cons

- Managers focus more on the negative than the positive: You would never hear a "Good Job" from a manager but would yell at you for receiving a bad customer satisfaction review, which is a very unprofessional way to communicate with employees. - The Human ressources employees do not do their job correctly. You can have a problem with your pay during the first months working there. - You are a robot getting paid 12.55$ for taking back to back calls from the whole North America, including American calls. - Teleperformance employee do not get days off on holidays. Yes you will be working on Christmas. The most ridiculous thing is that Canadian workers work during AMERICAN and CANADIAN holidays. - If you wish to have a career opportunity for the company, you will have to help the manager by become an informant. It creates a bad atmosphere.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
