Pros

-the insurance provided by the client (!not from Teleperformance!) is VERY good -i have met wonderful people that i am genuine friends with on my campaign -they have good ice cream stocked ..sometimes -unfortunately it is one of the best paying jobs in the area even though it is too low for the cost of living

Cons

-currently 1 fridge for the entire call center (hundreds of people), pack lots of ice packs in your lunch -management is disorganized and sexist -don't expect to be promoted unless you have a phallus -"rules for thee not for me" mentality by leadership -if you are a moderator prepare to see trauma daily and we don't even clear $20 hourly -anything in your work day that brings you joy prepare for it to be taken away because one person abused a privilege now we all must suffer -they will frequently change your break schedule and each time it somehow becomes worse than the last

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
