Pros

In this day and age, finding a job with full paid benefits is a huge plus and you need to tally that into your salary. Too many people have a sense of "entitlement" in this day and age and I am glad to be starting at a structured, organized company.

Cons

Don't have any yet. These reviews have my attention but with so many employees, there are always going to be lazy people who expect something for nothing. As for the comments about supervisors being partial to certain people....well, that's the biz world people. Be a good example and people will follow.

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
