Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with. Team mates were great. I loved the customers. They were awesome and very easy to talk with. There was a quiet room with no phones... and the break room was great. Java Bob, I miss you. Pay and benefits were ok. The pay for customer service reps can always be better considering the amount of stress they laid on you in that place.

Cons

The tools were not functional at all and there were seven windows you had to open before you could even take a call. it took ten minutes to log into the system. Management communication was not up to par. My manager was the coolest but then we had worked together for nearly ten years so it was easy to walk in and say... hmmm. Help. The rest of the managers lacked that invested feel and appreciation for the phone jocks.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
