Nothing is good here. Do not join this organisation othervise you will regret.

Cons

TP is worst company. They only know to fire and hire new. There is no job security. Management is poor they will not give you proper reason of sepearation. Transport is literally so bad here. No hygiene, AC also not working in this company. Even if you are present they will mark you LWP and give you reason that this is system glitch. Every month they are doing same with me and deducting my salary. Please do not waste your time here to join.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
