There is absolutely no trust in employees, no option to work hybrid due to having to be micromanaged. One rule for the directors one rule for others, as with the above hybrid working model. Not allowed to talk amongst each other about anything unrelated to work. No one wants you to win in your career. Bad pay and no pay reviews. No other benefits at all. You are praised for working bank holidays and it’s frowned upon to work your normal contractual hours.

I wish I could think of one

- There is no flexibility - overtime is expected without any reimbursement - empty promises- absolutely no training but always made accountable for mistakes due to lack of training. - lack of care for your mental health and wellbeing - horrible toxic environment
