They will assign you accounts, give you scripts and hold you accountable for sales goals that they change mid month as they see fit and are quick to hold you accountable for not attaining it with no coaching support. The database is unscrubbed and reps trip all over themselves unintentionally calling on other reps accounts only to lose credit for business generated.
