      Not a lot of pros - casual attire and flexibility.

      Cons

      People are regularly fired for minor offenses. Depending on your department, the amount of overtime is overwhelming.

      What can I say? This company has to be the worst of the worst. Poor management doesn't begin to explain what is wrong. This company has a very poor reputation in Des Moines and things aren't getting any better.
