I joined TPRS in 2018. I had various doubts and expectation as a fresher. The top management were the best we could ever find. Senior people will always encourage freshers to share their suggestions. TPRS has always been like a family to me. If you are an innovative and smart working person, TPRS would lift you in all possible ways. The best part for an employee is that the salary had never been delayed, even every employee were paid during non working pandemic days. TPRS would care their fellow mates more like a family
Cons
This might not be an Cons, as growth will not happen without hard work and persistence. TPRS is a kind of family where every person would strive for the welfare of organization tirelessly, which would also make you do so sub consciously.
